ZenPure just finished the molds for the PureFlo D40C. A 40mm disc capsules that has been specially designed for simple, quick, and efficient filtration of fluids and gases used in laboratory, pilot, and small-scale applications. Nine different media options can be placed in four different construction bodies for excellent chemical compatibility. The small compact design of the filter capsule reduces hold-up volume and exposure to hazardous chemicals. No adhesives, binders, or surfactants are used in the manufacturing process. The unit is thermally-sealed to ensure integrity.
Expanding Options for Capsules
How would you like to get want you need in a filter capsule without having to compromise on media, fittings or filter area required? We can do just that with a diverse line of filters capsules. The newest option is a filling bell that can be placed on the D65 (65mm disc capsule), MKL Series (Small capsules) and the larger SKL series capsules. The filling bell is designed to prevent contamination from entering the container during filling. This is great for laboratory applications where open containers need to be filled.
We offers the largest selections of fitting. Fittings can be selected to meet your inlet and outlet needs, there by eliminating adaptors. We also have the ability to manufacture custom filter capsules and connections.
